Recently, New York State passed the Reproductive Health Act (RHA), amending our state’s public health law to bring it in line with Roe v. Wade, decriminalize access to abortions, and protect the doctors who perform them. Since then, you’ve probably heard some anti-choice pushback, and it can be hard to separate myth from reality. Even RHA supporters may have a tough time parsing the rhetoric and responding to false claims with confidence.
For a fact check, we’ll hear from a panel of legal and reproductive health experts, including physicians and patient advocates. Come learn the truth about the RHA and abortions later in pregnancy — and arm yourself with information and next steps for protecting women’s health in New York State.

Panel begins: 7:00
